Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Shipping Policy:

  • Communication First: All exchange or return requests must be communicated within 7 days of product delivery via email at support@davoguemilan.com.

 

  • Exchange Conditions:
    • Eligible for exchange if the size is incorrect or a wrong product is delivered.
    • Exchanges are limited to products of equal value or size replacements.
    • No additional charges for exchanges of the same value.
    • Higher-value exchanges require online payment of the price difference.
    • Exchange requests processed only once per order.

 

  • Return & Refund Criteria:
    • Refunds issued only for defective products.
    • Customer must email details and clear photographs of defects to support@davoguemilan.com.
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or customer’s provided bank account.
    • Genuine returns (non-defective) incur a deduction of ₹100 for reverse logistics.

 

  • Product Condition for Exchange/Return:
    • Products must retain the original tags and labels.
    • Items should be neatly folded, undamaged, and securely packed.
    • Used, washed, or damaged products due to customer negligence will not qualify.

 

  • Non-Eligible Scenarios:
    • Slight variations in color or design from online images.
    • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes.
    • Size-related issues are eligible only for exchanges, not refunds.

 

  • Delivery Acceptance:
    • Refuse delivery if the packaging appears damaged upon arrival.
    • Da Vogue Milan is not responsible for refunds or exchanges for items damaged post-delivery acceptance.

 

  • Rights Reserved:
    • Da Vogue Milan holds the authority to deny returns or exchanges that fail to meet the specified conditions.
