- Orders are shipped through trusted couriers: Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on your pincode.
Delivery Issues & Resolution:
- If the tracking status shows delivered, but you haven’t received the product:
- First, check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms.
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification at support@davoguemilan.com.
- We will promptly coordinate with our courier partners to investigate the matter.
- Genuine cases are eligible for a full refund following an investigation (usually within 10 working days).
- Reports made after 48 hours may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
