    • In exceptional cases (product availability, extreme conditions), delivery might extend to up to 2 weeks.

  • Courier Partners:
    • Orders are shipped through trusted couriers: Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on your pincode.
  • Delivery Issues & Resolution:
    • If the tracking status shows delivered, but you haven’t received the product:
    • First, check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms.
    • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification at support@davoguemilan.com.
    • We will promptly coordinate with our courier partners to investigate the matter.
    • Genuine cases are eligible for a full refund following an investigation (usually within 10 working days).
    • Reports made after 48 hours may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
